Visual meditation is the practice of drawing from your sense of sight to focus your
consciousness. You can either draw from your visual knowledge bank by creating a visual image in your mind, or you can use your sense of sight to observe an object sitting in front of you. Either way, the point of the technique is to focus your awareness entirely on the visualization in order to release your unbalanced emotions.
